Bluebell Wood

An improvised woodland painting here in acrylics on a canvas frame.  Actually this was my second attempt, the first wood looked like something from Lord of the Rings. Gollum would of felt at home but this didn't suit the pleasant Spring day in woodland feel I was going for. So I painted over the canvas and tried again! The second time round went according to plan and I took a chance adding some sunbeams breaking through the fresh Spring leaves, which I think adds to the scene.

Materials used- Canvas box frame 50 cm x 40 cm and acrylics.
